Writing with UART-USB Cable

Writing firmware using a UART-USB cable or USB-to-serial IC

You can also write firmware using commercially available 3.3V UART-USB cables or USB-to-serial converter ICs.

Unless there are special circumstances, we recommend using the TWELITE dedicated USB adapter ( TWELITE R2 / TWELITE R3 ), which allows easy firmware writing.

How to Start in Programming Mode

While holding the program signal pin (pin 7) to GND, power on or reset the device.
Return the program signal pin to HIGH or OPEN.
